Perfil Ocupacional

Nuestras egresadas del programa de Secretariado Administrativo supervisan, coordinan y controlan las actividades de empleados de oficinas y apoyo administrativo. También implementan procedimientos administrativos, establecen prioridades de trabajo y coordinan actividades de adquisición de servicios administrativos como espacio, suministros y servicios de seguridad. Realizan diversas funciones de apoyo administrativo a empleados, profesionales o personal administrativo.

Se desempeñan como secretarias generales, secretaria auxiliar contable, recepcionista, asistente administrativa, asistente de gerencia, digitadora, archivista, organizadora de eventos, servicio al Cliente

¿Qué hace el técnico en Secretariado Administrativo?

  • Coordinar y velar por los procesos administrativos en la oficina, revisar, evaluar e implementar nuevos procedimientos.
  • Establecer prioridades de trabajo, delegar trabajo en personal de apoyo y garantizar que los plazos y trámites se   cumplan.
  • Planear y coordinar servicios para la oficina, como distribución de espacios, equipos, suministros, disposición de bienes, parqueaderos y servicio de mantenimiento y seguridad.
  • Mantener archivos de control de presupuesto de inventario.
  • Revisar documentos y contactar aspirantes para entrevistas
  • Ayudar en la coordinación de los procesos de secretariado administrativos, como presentación de presupuestos, administración de contratos y preparar programaciones de trabajo.
