Perfil Ocupacional

Nuestro Técnico en Proyectos de Construcción está en capacidad de apoyar técnicamente en la ingeniería civil y arquitectura en campos como: estructuras, diseño y supervisión de construcción y obras civiles, ingeniería de vías, y transporte e ingeniería hidráulica.

Se desempeñan como trabajadores independientes, inspectores de obra, inspectores de interventoría, dibujantes de planos, almacenista de obras, constructores de obras.

Pueden ser empleados por compañías de construcción, obras públicas, transporte, entidades del gobierno y privadas.

¿Qué hace el técnico en Proyectos de Construcción?

  • Desarrollar conceptos preliminares, bosquejos, dibujos y diseños de ingeniería y construcción.
  • Preparar especificaciones de construcción, costos, cálculos de materiales y programaciones del proyecto y presentar informes.
  • Supervisar o realizar mediciones de áreas, inspecciones o estudios técnicos de topografía, vías, bases, y estructuras para proveer información en la elaboración de proyectos de ingeniería y construcción.
  • Asistente de diseños arquitectónicos, preparación de dibujos de modelos de acuerdo a especificaciones técnicas establecidas en los contratos de construcción.
  • Construir maquetas para exhibición y modelos arquitectónicos.
  • Supervisar e inspeccionar proyectos de construcción
  • Preparar documentos de propuestas y contratos.
