Llevan registros completos de las transacciones financieras de una empresa o persona natural, verifican la exactitud de los comprobantes y documentos relacionados. Calculan, preparan y procesan facturas, cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar, asientos contables, presupuestos y otros registros financieros, de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.

Se desempeñan como auxiliares contables, contabilista independiente, asistente administrativo, asistente financiero, jefe de personal, asistente de cartera, auxiliar contable sistematizado.

¿Qué hace el técnico en Auxiliar Contable y Financiero?

    • Llevan los registros completos de las transacciones financieras de una empresa o persona natural de manera manual o computarizada.
    • Conciliar cuentas y preparar balances e informes financieros sobre periodos determinados.
    • Verificar la exactitud de los comprobantes y otros documentos relativos a ingresos, egresos y otras transacciones.
    • Calcular y presentar informes de impuestos parafiscales.
    • Analizar el costo presupuestal y calcular costos de producción.
    • Clasificar, preparar, codificar cuentas, facturas y otros estados financieros de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos, usando sistemas manuales y computarizados.
    • Procesar, verificar y preparar balance de prueba, registros financieros y otras transacciones como: cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar, e ingresar datos en libros auxiliares o aplicación computarizada.
